SHIPPING METHOD
Our carrier of choice is the United States Postal Service (USPS). The USPS will deliver to a PO Box, an APO (Army Post Office), an FPO (Fleet Post Office) and a DPO (Diplomatic Post Office).

We provide a USPS tracking number with every order shipped.

We routinely ship within the United States. For shipping outside the United States, please contact us.

TIME IN TRANSIT
First Class and Priority Mail typically take 1 – 3 days (not including Sundays or holidays) to be delivered, but there is no guarantee of this time frame.

USPS Ground typically takes 2 – 8 days (not including Sundays or holidays) to be delivered, but there is no guarantee of this time frame.

MISSING PACKAGES
We ship all packages via the USPS to the shipping address you entered on your order. If a mistake was made on your shipping address, or you’d like to change it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to reroute your package before we send it out. Please keep in mind that we usually ship items out within 24 hours of receipt.  The Red Barn Press is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses (that were provided by our customer), nor does it retain ownership of packages after they’ve been delivered per your instructions.  If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you and you will have the option to re-ship your order to your corrected address for an additional shipping charge, or return the goods for a refund of your purchase price (less the original shipping cost.)
