DAMAGED AND/OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Once in a while, products can be damaged during shipping. If this happens with your order, please send us images of the damage and the packaging at email@example.com. We will replace items damaged in transit as quickly as possible at no cost to you. We cannot send you a different product as a replacement.
If you received an item in error, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. Depending on the mix-up, we may ask you to send the item back (we’ll cover the shipping) or we may simply send you the correct item. In any case, we will make sure your account is credited as appropriate.
All other online sales are final.
If you did not purchase the item on our website, please contact the retail store where you made your purchase.
